We invite you to come and experience the amazing power of sound vibrational healing and relaxation every month at Barjon’s. This meditation, led by Barjon’s owner Jim Nymeyer, involves relaxing for an hour while the he plays the Himalayan Singing Bowls, tingshas (chimes) and intones mantras. Whether your intention is stress-relief, healing or simply experiencing an exotic and ancient practice, you will likely walk away feeling better than when you arrived.

Traditionally this meditation is done laying down (though not required). You are encouraged to bring a blanket and/or a yoga mat for padding, as well as a few pillows for your head and legs.

For more information, please call (406)252-4398
