Find Your Element: Exploring the Chinese Five Elements
Pre-register by January 14. Check-in at 5:45pm
Metal, Earth, Fire, Water, and Wood—the traditional Chinese Five Elements—have functioned as an insightful guide to wellness for over 5000 years. In this class, clinical herbalist Jim Nymeyer will help us discover which Chinese element is dominant within us and explore how it relates to our personality and overall health.
Not unlike our astrological signs, Chinese Five Element theory can help illuminate our proclivities and assist us in learning how to interact more harmoniously with those around us. In this interactive class we will come to understand the role of the Chinese Five Elements in our lives, and learn how to balance them in order to grow and evolve.
Jim Nymeyer has been a clinical herbalist for over 10 years, a graduate of the East West School of Herbology in California.
