Native American Ceremonial Giveaway & Talking Circle

September 23, 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

$45
with Tana Streeter – Sat. Sept. 23
1-3pm — $45 (Pre-register by 09-22-17)
Psychodrama is the use of dramatization and role playing to investigate and gain insight into one’s life. Native Americans traditionally used psychodrama in daily living. For example, they acted out the day before a hunt how they wanted it to go. Psychodrama can be used for healing our past, creating our future, or better understanding our present. Based in the traditional Indian Ceremony Giveaway, attendees will use “free-association” to create a symbol of healing to share in a talking circle.
Supplies are provided. So come—and as Joseph Moreno, a leader in psychodrama, is know to say—“act out your inner music.” Individual psychotherapy will be facilitated during this process. Tana Streeter has studied Nursing and Music Therapy. She has a dual degrees in Psychology and Counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 27 years of service as Creative Counseling Institute. Her resonator tables are found at www.theresonatortable.com
