Sacred Feminine Drumming Circle

Sacred Feminine Drumming honors international Winnie the Pooh Day.  Pooh is a Mindful Bear, helping us remember to focus on being Kind and present with each other, and opening a gentle opportunity to transform thoughts, memories, and worries — while having fun;  even “playing with sticks!”
“… with you … today is my favorite day.”  All ages and abilities drum together in a supportive space.  Free or by donation.
