No experience necessary. No instrument necessary, though you are welcome to bring your own if you have one: drums, rattles, shakers, bells. We keep a stash of extras for anyone who arrives empty-handed.

Expect an hour of shared rhythm, a little instruction if you want it, and the particular kind of energy that only happens when a room full of people finds a beat at the same time. Come as you are.
