Psychic Protection

We do not need to attack, or counter-attack, to protect ourselves from negative energy or psychic attacks. Fear is what allows this destructive energy to take hold. An organized mind is more capable of defense. In this class we will discuss the basics of organizing your mind and using tools to keep yourself strong and protected. You will be provided a handout, there will be visualization techniques discussed. Bring a pen, wear comfortable clothes.
