Energy Hygiene Workshop

In the Energy Hygiene class, participants will engage in experiential techniques designed to remove distractions that hinder clarity and self-empowerment. By learning to manage your energy body and detach from outside influences, you will reconnect with your authentic self, deepening your awareness of your inner truths.

In this class, learn experiential instructions for a technique known to clear “distractions” that keep us from feeling clarity or self-empowered.

As bioenergetic beings, we can easily become hindered by other people’s energy (or views) and may unhinge from truths that live underneath the surface of our experience. Learn to intentionally manage your energy body, detangle from others, and re-harmonize with your true self creating clarity and an understanding that we will not always avoid these entanglements but we can adjust and strengthen our frequency to enjoy more freedom from feeling as if we are being attacked or taken advantage of by “other.” This technique will help you make clearer decisions based on sensory perception rather than analyzation, it will balance your energy, and will help you feel safe in your own body.
