Giving thanks to our thoughts, positive or negative is something we seldom do.
Going from powerless to empowerment is a choice!
We our in the season in which we are told to be grateful and to give thanks, but what if we feel we have nothing to give or to be thankful for? Let’s be honest, most of can sometimes confuse “taking” with “receiving”, sometimes we can be so deep in a slump, which can diminish our level of gratitude .
Let’s journey through our thoughts and experiences, and create a meaningful dialogue on how to regain control over our mind which will improve our environment, in turn heighten our perception of gratitude.
